How will this help my university? AppsAnywhere will help you deliver your applications to students off-campus. That could be apps that are usually only accessible in specialist campus labs or installed on managed devices across campus.
What happens after I request more information? One of our team will be in touch to describe the options that are available at this time. They'll schedule some time with you to determine the best way for you to rapidly deploy campus lab software apps off-campus. You'll also get access to a document with more information about the technical requirements, packaged apps and on-boarding process.
What software/apps are available to me? As part of this offer, we're giving you access to our 50 free and open source software packages. We'll also package 3 of your licensed software titles free of charge, such as SPSS, Nvivo or Minitab for example. More info can be found in the info sheet, available after completing the form at the top of this page.
How long does it take to setup? In most situations we can have your new environment up and running within 48 hours, thanks to our cloud-based Azure infrastructure.
Do you need to come on campus to install? No, we'll handle everything remotely. We appreciate that IT resources on-campus are limited right now, and we'll work with you closely to get you up and running.
Is it really free? We understand it's a challenging time for the Higher Ed market. To help you continue giving students the best experience possible, we're making all the licenses for our technology - AppsAnywhere - free for 90 days during this pandemic. There is a small setup fee, which covers our implementations team remotely setting up your new environment.
What happens after 90 days? We'll facilitate flexible commercial terms for all new customers after 90 days, to help you continue to deliver services and IT resources to your students and staff. Speak to one of our team to find out more about pricing after 90 days.
Is there an obligation to continue after 90 days? Absolutely not!
When can we get started? We're seeing higher-than-usual demand right now and are getting customers up and running on a first-come-first-served basis. Deployment is usually complete within 24-48 hours.
Does this cover just Windows devices? Our 'rapid deployment' solution gives you a way of delivering you key Windows apps to any device. We can also offer a service to deliver those apps to your non-Windows devices, too. Get in touch if you'd like to find out more about that.
Can I brand AppsAnywhere with University logos and colors? Yes, absolutely! Give your students and staff a recognizable centralized platform through which to get all their software apps.
